Winner RIBA House of the Year 2017

Shepway Ceilings were the appointed sub-contractor for all interior partitions, ceilings and finishing of this award winning country home.  The design echoes the traditional Kent oast house creating a series of towers with interlinking roofs resulting in multi-faceted internal spaces. This proved a challenge to all involved. The success of the project is a testament not only to the design but making that design a reality which Shepway Ceilings made a significant contribution.

Scope of works:

• Internal partitions and ceilings lined with Fermacel Fibreboard
• Special features including lighting strips, concealed blinds, shadow detail to doors, window and skylight details
• Skim and airless spray plaster
• Specialist plant room sound insulation
