As park of the ongoing upgrade and modernisation program Discovery Park appointed Shepway Commercial Property services as the principal contractor to refurbish the 1^st and 2^nd floor East block breakout areas and the entrance and concourse area leading to the offices and laboratories.

• Bespoke kitchen island with integrated appliances
• Bespoke staff lockers
• Carpet and vinyl floor finishes
• Making good and decorating walls, bulkheads and ceilings
