Refurbishment and fit out of 5,000m2 over two floors of Building 500 to provide Biosafety level 2 laboratories with private write-up space ranging from 250 – 150,000 sq. ft.
Shepway Commercial Property Services were appointed as the principal contractor to plan, manage and delivery this exciting multi discipline refurbishment project. In addition to overall project management the Shepway team supplied and installed all partitions, ceilings, flooring, decoration, mechanical services (including domestic supply and drainage, chilled water service) and lagging (including HVAC and mechanical pipework).
